Bakir J. Coulter Founder, Business Coach, Mentor B.LOVE Institute was born in May of 2009 in Memphis TN by Bakir J. Coulter (Chicago, Illinois native). Bakir is a former Elementary and High School educator.  She is currently a Sustainment Services Flight Chief in the United States Air Force with 26yrs of service.  She is also a Travel Consultant & Business/Life Coach (20+ yrs) and offers leadership and professional development services for businesses and corporate entities. Bakir has a passion for mentoring the youth and has served in that capacity in schools, military and in Church Youth Ministry for 20+ years.
